Right now, however, I would like to deliver the quickest and most satisfying hungry man Sausage Risotto you will ever find. You really can't go wrong with this recipe. Sausage, zucchini, tomato, parmesan - quick pour, no wine, no fuss. Say goodbye to standing over your risotto, dropping 1/4 c. of liquid in at a time and the nonsensical stirring. This really is a great supper main and an AMAZING leftover dish, even served cold.
Less work for the hungry man's wife = a good day.
